He is a senior partner in the firm. He completed his CA in the Year 1989 and is in continues practice since 1990 and associated as Managing Partner of the Firm Gundesha & Associates Since 2004. He has a wide range of Knowledge and experience in the Field of Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Income Tax Planning and Consultancy, International Taxation, Service Tax Consultancy, Sales Tax and Vat Consultancy and Management Consultancy, representation before competent authorities upto ITAT level. He is also a Lecturer in Accountancy at The Modern Education Society’s Ness Wadia College of Commerce since 1990 teaching Direct & Indirect taxation and Accountancy to Final Year Graduate & Post Graduate MCOM Students.
 
CA RITESH ASHOKKUMAR KHATRI – B.COM, F.C.A., DISA
He is a partner of the firm & completed his CA in the year 2003 and is associated with the firm since then and looks after overall management of the Firm. He has also Passed DISA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His area of expertise is Tax Audits, Vat Audits, Statutory Audits, Income Tax Planning and Consultancy, Service Tax Consultancy, Sales Tax and Vat Consultancy.
 
The Firm Gundesha & Associates was established in 2004 comprising of 2 partners.
